Jewelry Care
All Lonerü pieces are made to last for years and years with proper care.
Jewelry should be removed when swimming, bathing, and sleeping, with the exception of solid gold or silver rings (no gems), which can typically withstand most activity involving water. Always remove jewelry when using solvents or cleaning solutions, or when performing vigorous tasks that may potentially damage the gems.
The best way to clean your jewels is to gently wash them in warm water using a soft bristle toothbrush and a tiny bit of dish soap. Rinse and pat dry with a soft cloth.
Silver can develop a darkened patina with exposure to oxygen, which can be removed by gently polishing the piece with a treated jewelry cleaning cloth.
Gold may develop a richer color over time. Many prefer the nuance of a subtle gold patina, but pieces can be gently polished with a treated jewelry cleaning cloth in order to restore them to their original shade.
